Note: We are proud to announce that our shipping department is getting the spas delivered to our customers in record time. Many times the spas are delivered in less the 12 days. During the very busy summer months delivery times may be extended.
Your new spa will be shipped typically within 7 business days by common carrier freight truck.
In most cases you can expect delivery 12 - 21 business days from placing your confirmed order.
However, the delivery time is almost always closer to the 12-day period.
The freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery
to let you know the expected arrival day and time. You will need to be on hand for the delivery.
Your spa is delivered to your curbside and it is the customer's
responsibility to move the unit from the truck to the final location.
We recommend you have two men available for this task and a clear path to the final location.
A simple furniture dolly, which is nothing more than a wheeled wood frame with carpeted pads,
may also be considered to help with the moving process.
Furniture dollies are available at most rental shops for about $5 - $10 a day. We also strongly recommend that when the freight company calls, you should ask for a phone number to their terminal so that you can keep in contact with them in case of any delays.
NOTE: The Odyssey is a larger and heavier HOT TUB. You may elect to have more then 2 persons to help with this unit.
Note: The trucking companies (driver's) responsibility is to set the item (spa) at the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility from that point on. When the trucking company calls to make arrangements for delivery, you can option to have a truck with a lift gate, which will lower the unit to ground level. There are charges for this service and it is the customer's responsibility for those charges at the time of delivery. Alternatively you can elect to have two able persons on hand for this task. UPDATE: As a customer courtesy AaH! Spas is now requesting lift gates for all deliveries, at our expense . In most cases a truck with a lift gate will be dispatched if available.
Always inspect spa for shipping damage prior to accepting delivery. If unacceptable damage to spa is spotted do not accept delivery. Make sure the driver notes that the spa was damaged and that you did not accept delivery because of the damage and request a receipt as such. This way we can send you a new replacement tub.
Return Policy- Spas
Spas are covered by their manufacturer's warranties, but are not returnable. In the unlikely event that a spa has to be returned for some unforeseen reason and the manufacturer agrees to the return, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer including shipping charges incurred for the original shipment to customer.
Shipping is free to the lower 48 U.S. states providing that there is normal truck access to the final destination. In the event a large truck does not have normal access, other arrangements have to be made by the customer to either pick up the spa(s) at the closest convenient location for both parties involved or work out a payment with the freight company for the extra charges that may be incurred.
Orders cancelled after the hot tub has already shipped from the warehouse are considered a return and the customer will be liable for any shipping charges incurred.
Return Policy- Spa Covers
Each spa covers is custom made to order. Therefore, once production begins, a spa cover is being manufactured specifically for you. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order. You may change or cancel your order up to three business days after you place it unless production of your cover has already started. We can not cancel or make changes to your order once production has begun. Spa covers are covered by the warranty but are otherwise not returnable.
Hot Tub covers are custom made to your specs. We can not be responsible for incorrect measurements or misinformation provided by you. By completing the ordering procedure you are committing to purchasing this cover as you have specified. Covers are put into production almost immediately and any changes you request after placing your order will be subject to an additional charge based on the change request.
Spa covers damaged due to shipment should be rejected upon receipt and returned. Please see our Shipping/Delivery section for details.
Returns are accepted for defects and production mistakes. Please contact us at 1-877-551-5520 if you have found any of these concerns. Returns are also accepted under the conditions outlined in the 5 year limited warranty (see above). Please notify us of any problems like this within 48 hours of receiving your cover. We do not accept returns for the following reasons,
1. Incorrect dimensions provided to us.
2. Incorrect brand, model or year information provided to us.
3. Incorrect color or fold selected.
Returns of any items other than spa covers (eg. Cover Lifters, Spa Cover Protectors) require a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at 1-877-551-5520 to get this RTA#. Any of these items that are returned will incur a 25% restocking fee. Also, any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
