We didn't even know we were interested in buying a spa until we read an add in our local Ocala Florida newspaper. I searched diligently for 5 months looking for new innovations for hot water therapy that my MD suggested for my arthritic neck and low back problem. Entry and exit from my normal bathtub might necessitate a 911 call! It all seemed hopeless, and pain and discomfort continued. I read all of the specs over and over, selected the four person "Eclipse" in Sandstone. I even investigated the "hot stick technology" from an independent third source. The standard 110 plug was a definite solution for an electricians quote of over $800.00 for a dedicated plug. My spa maintains 102 degrees efficently. The procedures for the purchase worked just as promised. Communications with Jeff kept it all simplified, as I was on vacation in another state making all of the arrangements.
